Dublin Employee Experience in 2023

96% of employees say the employee experience is more important now than ever before – and HR and reward leaders are constantly under pressure to evolve their strategies.  

We recently hosted a Dublin event, Employee experience in 2023, for our customers and wider HR and reward network, to explore the latest trends impacting the HR and reward function. 

We heard from Benefex Chief Innovation Officer, Gethin Nadin, on the role of wellbeing in the employee experience, and Benefex EVP Adam Mason shared employee experience stories from Benefex customers. 

Then Tony Kirwan, Senior HRPF at Circle K, Katheryn Martin, Regional Head of HR at VFS Global, and Karen O’Neill, CPO at Benefex, joined us for a panel discussion on where to start when looking to design an excellent employee experience.
