Benefex Chief Innovation Officer, Gethin Nadin, named as Executive Fellow of King’s Business School

Gethin Nadin, Chief Innovation Officer at Benefex has been appointed as an Executive Fellow of King’s Business School, King’s College London.
With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, Nadin brings a wealth of knowledge in reward, benefits and wellbeing to the position. At Benefex, Nadin works with some of the world’s largest global organisations to deliver exceptional employee experiences. He is well-known in the wellbeing space and has been named one of HR’s Most Influential Thinkers.
Commenting on the appointment, Dr Andrew McFaull, Director of Undergraduate Studies at King’s Business School said “Gethin epitomises what is needed in an Executive Fellow: intellectual curiosity, a genuine desire to do good in the world, and a strong connection to the business world. I couldn’t think of anyone better.”
In his role as an Executive Fellow at King’s Business School, Nadin will collaborate with faculty and students to explore new strategies in HR and organisational management. He will contribute to research initiatives and provide mentorship to students, helping to shape the next generation of leaders in the field.
