We’re delighted to be featured on the Sunday Times Best Places to Work list! 🎉
As well as being listed a top 10 big organisation to work for, we achieved a Highly Commended award for Best Place to Work for disabled employees.
The Sunday Times awards, honour and celebrate Britain’s top employers and acknowledges the best workplaces for women, LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers, and wellbeing.
To be considered for the list, more than half of Benefex employees had to respond to 35 survey questions that measure their employee experience, covering six key drivers of engagement: Reward and Recognition, Information Sharing, Empowerment, Pride, Job Satisfaction and Wellbeing.
Benefex scored highly in all areas of the survey – with a 90% score for employee empowerment, 86% for reward and recognition, 88% for average happiness, and 89% for job satisfaction. 95% of employees said they have a good relationship with their manager, and 88% of employees said they have confidence in management (against an industry benchmark of 73%).
Benefex Founder and CEO, Matt Macri-Waller said “It’s fantastic to be recognised for everything our whole organisation does to support our people because they are what makes Benefex such a great place to work. Our culture is something we’ve worked really hard to maintain as we grow. Our mission is all about powering how the world delivers exceptional employee experiences – and that starts with what we do within our own organisation.”
At Benefex, putting our people at the heart of everything we do is in our DNA. We believe that everyone deserves an exceptional experience at work, every day, and our OneHub platform is powering experiences for millions of employees across more than 80 countries. As well as living this mission every day, we want to make sure that our employees have a truly positive experience at Benefex, and that they thrive in their careers – not just here, but whatever they go on to do next.
