Benefex opens employee experience centre in Cebu, the Philippines
Benefex now delivers 24-hour global employee benefits support
Benefex has opened a new employee experience centre in Cebu, the Philippines. Alongside their existing employee experience centre in Southampton, the new centre will enable Benefex to offer 24-hour support to the employees who use OneHub technology to access their benefits – regardless of where they are in the world.
Joining some of the world’s leading technology companies by establishing a presence in Cebu, Benefex will be able to better serve their global customer base; their technology serves over 2 million employees across 80+ countries.
Tapping into Cebu’s emerging talent market
Speaking in advance of the launch, Head of Operations in the Philippines, Cyrus Van Mutia, said “Our team of Employee Experience Specialists bring support closer to the employees who are accessing OneHub across the world – and Cebu’s proximity to Benefex’s key markets in Asia (such as Singapore and Hong Kong) made it the ideal choice to set up the new employee experience centre. Cebu has established itself as a centre of excellence for high value tech services, covering specialist talent – especially customer support.”
As well as tapping into exciting new pools of talent in the Philippines, the new employee experience centre will increase Benefex’s employee support capacity by 50%.

The new employee experience centre is in the heart of Cebu’s contemporary IT Park; with fantastic amenities, the park is home to hundreds of technology companies.
