“We had a lot of reporting issues with our previous provider, which were a problem for several years. For example, we had things missing from calculations, employees not being charged for some of their benefits, and we were getting invoices from providers that didn’t match our reports.” 

“We couldn’t rely on the data which was a massive burden on the team – we had to check every piece of information and correct or recalculate it. We were spending at least a whole day every month reconciling reports.”
